How to add product recommendation to cart abandonment emails?

The feature is available if you use both the Shopping Cart Abandonment and Product Recommendations services.

To add recommendations to your email:

1) Select the Define Widget Action under "Email Personalization".

2) Select Barilliance Triggered Emails as the email provider

3) Customize the widgets

4) Select the appropriate recommendations type for your email

5) Press Get HTML

and copy the code. Don't forget to activate the rule you've just created.

6) Edit your cart abandonment email template and press the "HTML" button. A window will open with the HTML source code of your template.

Paste the code you have copied into the HTML source in the appropriate location.
